Smoking smell in room and everywhere. Can smoke anywhere in this hotel. Front desk staff was ok, not super friendly. Don’t recommend. Go stay at UEasy hotel in town. Much nicer and less in price too

對房間滿意，周圍的環境比較安靜，除了房客關門的聲音大影響睡眠外。服務滿意，特別是有一位長得很英俊的男領班，業務熟練，服務殷勤。早餐滿意。咖啡很濃很香。房間衞生也很令人滿意。

電梯刷卡才能上樓比較安全，房間很乾凈，整體比較明亮舒適，酒店服務也很好，就是淋浴衹有一個開關，得扭到最後才是熱水，沖擊力太大了，沖到身上有點疼不舒服，一點也不柔和，其他的都挺好的

離龍潭公園打車10分鐘可達，有冷氣，可保管行李。
但安全隱患、服務意識差。外賣員可自由上樓，晚上近23點酒店人員仍不斷敲門，造成客人困擾，前台及房務人員服務意識不足。前台保管行李僅核對房間號，無任何身份證證明核對，同樣存在安全隱患。
跟前台反饋問題不是正視問題，給出出解決方案，而是不斷解釋。
房間內洗手盆漏水，盆下則為放置毛巾位置。
整體入住體驗差，不推薦，無下次！

短途旅行選的好酒店，自己都佩服自己🤩
地理位置：老居民區附近，一整棟都是酒店的，很安靜安全，雖然不在五星步行街附近，打車很便宜，離哪兒都很近，酒店過條馬路美食一條街！！！好多老店，這附近開的下去的都是味美價廉的。
附近美食：阿斌炒粉、博龍捲粉、阿彬燒烤、羊角山鮮奶、宜州三鮮煮粉……不用擠網紅店排隊就是香！
酒店服務：值得一提的是酒店的接送服務，這個價格的酒店還有這麼貼心的服務，真的很哇塞！小姐姐超級熱情給我們介紹了一路，有種回了家好朋友帶着一起玩的感覺，對柳州熱情好客的印象拉滿！！！
酒店配套：裝修風格簡約時尚，在我的審美點上～健身房、自助洗烘房、便利店該有的都有，而且酒店去年剛裝修完，很新，住的很舒適～
已經給朋友們安利了一波，下次來還住！不能再誇了，再誇了要漲價了哈哈哈

這次入住體驗超棒！一進酒店大堂，簡約大氣的裝修風格就讓人眼前一亮，工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住迅速。
房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，床品柔軟舒適，讓我一夜好眠。浴室乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質也不錯。
酒店位置絕佳，周邊美食多，出行方便。早餐更是豐富多樣，中西式都有，味道也很贊。
不過，隔音方面還有提升空間，偶爾能聽到走廊的聲音。但整體瑕不掩瑜，服務人員的態度始終親切周到，讓人感覺賓至如歸。下次來這座城市，我還會毫不猶豫選擇這家酒店，也會推薦給身邊的朋友！
